AgCarolina Farm Credit proudly welcomes Anna Coleman, George Garner, Parker Clayton, Sam Bailey, and Tyler Wells to its 2025 Summer Internship Program
Greenville, NC – June 18, 2025 - AgCarolina Farm Credit welcomes five talented interns to their team this summer. Throughout the program, each intern will gain hands-on experience across various departments within the member-owned lending cooperative, while leading several summer projects. These projects will provide the interns with real world challenges and opportunities that will give them a better understanding of AgCarolina’s mission to serve the agriculture industry and rural communities.
AgCarolina Farm Credit Interns
Anna Coleman
Anna Coleman, from Wilson, NC, is attending NC State University majoring in Agricultural Business Management. She is looking forward to building relationships with members and serving the local communities that provide food, fuel and fiber.
Sam Bailey
From Roxboro, North Carolina, Sam attends North Carolina State University, studying Agriculture Business Management, and minoring in Crop Science, and Agricultural Entrepreneurship. Sam has a passion for agriculture as he works on his family’s cattle farm. He looks forward to learning about the lending process.
Parker Clayton
Parker Clayton, from Edenton, NC, is currently attending North Carolina State University, working to obtain his Masters in Business Administration. Being from Edenton, Parker enjoys being on the Chowan river with family and friends. He is excited to learn the financial business side of the agriculture industry while building relationships with AgCarolina members and employees.
George Garner
From Kenansville, NC, George Garner is attending North Carolina State University, working towards his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. George is looking forward to getting a firsthand view of the lending process while growing relationships with AgCarolina members and employees.
Tyler Wells
Tyler Wells, from Archer Lodge, NC, attends North Carolina State University majoring in Agriculture Business Management. Tyler is an outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing. He is eager to learn the business of agriculture how AgCarolina helps serve NC agriculture and its local communities.
